Understanding How PTSD Impacts Work Performance and Behaviors
PTSD devastates lives. This presentation aims to underscore the significance of your role as a partner in Human Resources by enhancing your understanding of the inherent risks for injured workers suffering from PTSD, their current vulnerabilities, and the best evidence-based practices to improve clinical outcomes and expedite Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI). By collaborating, human resources, injured workers, and care providers can significantly improve service delivery and optimize budget stewardship.
This conversational style presentation brought to you by the Institutes of Health, will discuss the targeted support and treatment offerings available for patients suffering from PTSD. The goal is to help injured workers increase career longevity and overall improvement in their quality of life.
