Jacque Godoy of Stokes Wagner will take us through the myriad of new laws enacted in 2021 and provide practical insight into complying with and implementing the changes we are seeing in California’s workplace requirements. She’ll cover a variety of topics, including leaves of absence, wage and hour considerations, working with independent contractors, and complying with the ever-evolving rules surrounding COVID-19 in the workplace.
