Membership Application Confirmation

    Thank you for your application submission!  Your account will remain in "Pending" status until payment is received. Once payment is recieved, you will receive an email confirming your account is "Active."

    You may submit your payment via check payable to IVHRA, Venmo (add $1) at @IVHRA or scan the QR code below or cash with any Board Member.  If you require an invoice, please email us at ivhrainfo@gmail.com.
